Property Maintenance
A standard visit consists of visiting your property on a weekly basis, ensuring the property is clean and tidy, testing appliances to make sure all are in working order, gas, electricity, lightbulbs, and security systems if fitted. All TV's, telephones and electrical appliances are unplugged. Log books are held for each property, and we will submit forthnightly or monthly reports (whichever you require) through fax and/or email to our customers.
All properties are aired, plants watered and all kitchen/bathroom appliances thoroughly checked and tested. Gardens and patios are hosed down, removal of leaves and debris from the pool. Any damage will be recorded on digital camera, and images posted or email to you.
If any specialist work is necessary, such as swimming pool pumps or non standard maintenance we will source two quotes from our network of skilled and guaranteed tradespeople. These quotes will be sent to you and we will arrange for the work to be carried out if you so wish. Your property will also be checked for any storm or flooding damage.
Keyholding Service
Keyholding services are incorporated into the Villa Management Contract. We can hold keys for owners purely on a keyholding basis which is £100 per year. We will then make them available upon request by owners.
Call out service
To liaise with deliveries or tradesmen, access to property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency
Meeting your guests
If you rent your property out either through yourself or us, we can meet and welcome your guests to your property and provide information or instructions on the property. We can also arrange aiport transferes for your guests through a fully licensed pick up company.
